Richard Herrick has been with Savage & Associates since 1971.  His areas of specialty are estate planning, retirement / investment planning, business continuation and employee benefits.  Many of his clients are high-net-worth individuals, such as doctors, business owners, widows and other professionals.

Experience

Richard has been in the financial services business since 1971, In his forty year career he has built a very successful practice and has served the needs of vast array of clients. He has developed an expertise in the areas of retirement planning, estate planning, investment planning and business planning. He is a former partner in Savage and Associates. In 2004 he stepped down from his management responsibilities and devoted his full time efforts to taking care of his clients. With 40 years of success and great relationships, Richard has a lot to offer his clients.

Education

Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Toledo in 1971.  He received his CLU designation in September 1980 and his ChFC designation in October 1982.  He has completed his series 7 and series 63 securities license.  He is part of the Pinnacle Study Group Inc, which keeps him on the cutting edge of all the creative products and concepts within his business. 

Personal

Richard and his wife of 38 years, Marianne reside in Monclova ,Ohio. He has four children who are all very successful in their own families and careers. He has five grandchildren with many more expected in the years to come. Over the years Richard has been active in his church and with his kids and now grandkids activities. Spending time at his lake home in Michigan with his family has and will continue to be a big part of his life. He plans to continue to be active in his business and truly enjoys spending time with his select cliental.
