Mr. Roger Peluso joined Savage & Associates in 1971. He provides valuable advice and innovative financial strategies to his client-business owners, professionals, and affluent individuals. Roger offers sophisticated approaches to retirement planning, executive and employee benefits, business and succession planning, long-term care insurance, and estate planning.

Experience

Roger taught school for one year and has been in the financial services business for more than 48 years. He is a former general agent with Berkshire Life Insurance Company. He holds a Series 7 general securities representative license. He is a registered representative of and offers securities through Walnut Street Securities (WSS). Roger has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the premier association of financial professionals for 41 years. He invented and developed the process called, "The Entrepreneurs Empowerment Program TM." This program provides clients with a unique discovery process that analyzes many critical factors. The result is a personalized financial game plan.

Education

Roger attended the University of Toledo, where he majored in history. He earned his bachelor's degree in 1953 and worked toward a master's degree for one year while he was teaching. Roger also played guard on the University of Toledo's football team from 1949-1952.

Personal

Roger and his wife, Lil, live in Sylvania, Ohio. They have been married for 55 years, with four children and seven grandchildren. He is past president of the Downtown Coaches Association and the Kidney Foundation of NW Ohio and former Toledo Opera Board member. His hobbies are reading, travel, fine wine and good food. Because of his love of wine he has been a long standing member of an international Burgundian wine organization, The Confrerie Des Chevaliers Du Tastevin.
