Sean is an independent, self employed financial representative and employee benefits agent under the name of SES Financial and Benefits Consulting. Sean provides financial and investment advice to individuals and strategic employee benefits advice to businesses. Sean's core focus is to provide trusted advice and excellent service to his clients.

Sean is a registered representative and investment advisor representative and maintains his Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 registrations. His professional designations include ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter). Sean is a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Education

In 1988, Sean graduated from St. John's Jesuit High School in Toledo, Ohio. Then, in 1992 Sean graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in business.

Personal

Sean and Carolyn Savage were married May 29, 1993 and have three children, Andrew, Ryan and Mary Kate. In addition to a very active practice, Sean believes in community involvement. Sean coached soccer in the Sylvania Youth Soccer Association and basketball in the YMCA program. Sean was the eight year coordinator for the St. Joe's Sylvania cross country
program (155 runners K-8) and currently coaches Catholic Youth Organization basketball.

Sean was recipient of the "Twenty under Forty" award in Northwest Ohio in 2000 for his community involvement and professional achievement. In 2005, Sean spearheaded the establishment of the Ed Konicki Memorial Scholarship which provides scholarship funds to eighth grade students pursuing Catholic high school education. Sean was awarded the CYO Adult Contributor award in 2010.

He served St. Joe's Sylvania on the "Building a Bridge to the Future" campaign committee (2002-2005) which raised $6.5 million to build a new middle school and enhance the endowment fund.

Sean helped coordinate the "Matthew Drake Independence Day Campaign" for U.S. Lieutenant Matthew Drake who was seriously injured by a roadside bomb in Iraq in 2005. The campaign resulted in an addition being built onto he Drake family home for Matthew's use as well as funds for his additional rehabilitation and care.

Sean currently serves as a member of the St. John's Jesuit Marketing Committee and is a member of the St. John's Jesuit Aegis Council.

Sean Savage and his wife Carolyn are coauthors of the book Inconceivable published through Harper Collins in February, 2011.
